I used to say it’s the best and promote this pizza when any occasion happens because I think for the price , it’s very very good . However them trying to charge me $12+ for an extra most bestest pizza that’s $7.99 just because I want less sauce and saying it’s custom at that point just blew my mind really . I don’t know if it’s new owners at this location or what , but I’ve been ordering my pizzas from here like that for the past 4 or 5 years and never once did anyone tell me that before . So I’m definitely never ordering from here again and never promoting it . Girl on the phone was extremely unprofessional as well .

The pizza seem like it was cooked very fast and undercooked. I had a couple of pizzas that were supposed to be free, and the person behind the counter could not find them on the computer.

Stories kind of slow maybe because they're always busy. But there is a ton of homeless people that hang out in front of the shop so make sure you keep an eye out for that

I had ordered online 2 Cheese Stuff Crust Pepperoni Pizzas: They tried to pass off a regular pepperoni pizza for a Cheese Stuffed Crust Pepperoni pizza; and then tried to blame me for "picking up the wrong pizza". In front of other customers I said: "NO! Someone from YOUR team got the wrong pizza, Someone from YOUR team slapped my label on the box, Someone from YOUR team put the box in the pizza holder cabinet... so Someone from YOUR team screwed up!" They MADE me have to double back to get the correct pizza while my family ate the one left that WAS correct; WITHOUT ME... while I HAD TO FIX THEIR INCOMPETENCE!!!!

First time ordering from this location. Ordered $50 worth of food on the app. When I arrived, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes on top of what the app said the food will be ready for pick up. Once I received my food and arrived home to have dinner with family, I noticed that the pizzas weren't like how I ordered them. They looked like regular hot n ready pizzas when I paid for extra pepperoni and wanted them baked well done. Kind of disappointed but I may give them another try, not sure.
