Can you give a place negative stars? I wish I could here! Was pestered to download the Subway app for discounts. Ok, I did. Was pestered to order from this selected Subway shop (not my preferred). Ok, I did. Placed an order for 2 footlongs 3+ hours ahead of time for pick up at 7:30pm. I checked their hours ahead of time, and they close at 9pm. I got there at 7:20pm to find the lights out the door locked and no one inside. Do you have the Subway app? Delete it. Do you frequent this location? Stop doing so. Stay away. If their hours have changed due to Covid-19, that's fine. But it needs to be posted. Don't try to steal money from my account for services that you were unable or unwilling to provide.
