I asked for a FOOTLONG veggie delight which is allegedly suppose to be full with veggies but not at this place. I kid u not she added 4 cucumbers on my WHOLE FOOTLONG. The bread just looked old and was flaky. There would nothing to my sandwich other then flaky bread

TERRIBLE location... discrimination against my mother because she doesn’t speak English so well so she she tried showing them on her phone what she wanted and she always does this and never has an issue, they refused to help her unless she verbally said what she wanted. SHE LEFT disgusted by their behavior to another Subway that gladly assisted her by reading what she wanted on her phone. This is disgusting behavior, I will make sure to let people know to NOT come to this location. They have horrible attitudes I told her not to come to this location because of that, but she still went, well she REGRETTED THAT. Do not come here.

Very unpleasant cashier- I came to this location on 3/27/2021 around 4:50 and was treated badly. The cashier deliberately ignored my presence and didn't acknowledge me as a customer; idol talking while a customer wait to make their order is rude.

The app clearly stated this location accepted the buy one get one free foot long. Upon arrival they rudely refused to honor the order although the app clearly showed the date, payment & buy 1 get one free sub.I refused the one sub & they said they would refund the payment the next day. The manager could have made a 2nd sub honoring the order but instead chose to argue w/his employee & myself. They did not refund the payment nor did I receive any sub. I won't be back!

Nice place, very seldom super busy. Around noon it picks up a lot. The girls that work at this location are very nice and make a great sandwich. While I was pregnant I had to have my meat cooked and they started to remember me and asked when I came in if I wanted it prepared the same. Also I had a strange request for my son, he only ate the meat, cheese and olives all rolled up, and she also remembered that and to this day if I go in she will ask if I want the meat rolled up. They keep it clean and the veggies are always fresh.

I ordered a rotisserie chicken sandwich which the app failed to notify me and another time the sandwich artist didn't prepare my sandwich the right way. I ordered a BMT but she didn't put the correct meats and she had to go back to out the correct meats on. Also the service was very slow and the people don't seem to care. The rotisserie chicken was more expensive than the replaced order of a BMT. We had to ask for change and they offered to give us a cookie, chips, or drink instead which we picked a cookie and they gave us a cookie worth 80 cents of the dollar difference.
