Lobby was close. Had to go to drive through !!!
Even a guy on a bike had better service then me. BUT that guy on that bike is white.
Service is just bad and front lady with all the tattoos on her arm was really rude and even asked her manager if I could still order???Again I’m in a work van and that old white guy had a bike lol.
This was my first time ever here. You guys could keep my $10 cause I’m never coming back.
Food was over cooked

Food was okay, and place was clean. Just fairly skimpy fries in order with what seemed like maybe 4 or 5 curly fries in our large fries order.

Frist in a long time out standing costumers service, ticket time perfect, special crispy fish 🐟 sandwich 100%perfect price the best in town i recommend to go and get 2 for $6.00dlrs fish 🐟 sandwich milk shake vanilla perfect im coming back for fish.

Arby's seasoned Curly fries and their turkey wraps are some of my favorite foods to order here. The food is freshly prepared and the fries and wraps are generous sized portions. The drive thru is convenient and the employees are doing a great job wearing masks and gloves.

I have been trying out different things on there menu such as their spicy fish sandwich, French dip, jalapeño slider and so far I think the food is pretty good for a good price.

Since there are only 2 Arby’s in Fresno and I don’t live near either of them, I look toward to eating a regular roast beef sandwich when I’m in the area. But the past 2 times that I’ve been there…it was disgusting! It was cold and just by looking at the color of the roast beef, it was obvious that it was old meat. The first time this happened, I parked my car and got off to get a fresh one. The manager/supervisor seemed annoyed that I complained, but did replace it. Just this week it happened again, and I was really disgusted by the color of the roast beef. I was so upset, that I decided to not go into the store to get a replacement because I didn’t want to say something that I might later regret. I just ate the curly fries and threw the sandwich away. I will NEVER go to the Arby’s on Ashlan again. I might try the Arby’s on Blackstone sometime in the far future.

In my opinion this chain has figured it out! Each location I visit the customer service is on point, Quality of food is consistently hot and tasty. Never a bad experience 🙏
