Today I went to the Jenson store off the 99 in Fresno, I spesficly told them exactly what I wanted... The servers put in wax peppers, onions and a few other things that I DID NOT WANT on my sandwich... Very very disappointed... The 2 gentle men were too busy looking at their video phone then paying attention.

Made a online order and was told it would be ready in 20min. After 1 1/2hr my order was not ready. After waiting at Deli Delicious and repeatedly telling employee about my wait,, I just ended up telling employee to cancel my order and refund my money. She said they would cancel my order and refund my account.. I never received my refund! If they can't keep up with online orders with the staff on hand TURN OFF ONLINE ORDERS!!!!

Went to this location at 6:50 and ordered a black bean sandwich and the guy at the front told me, they don’t have that sandwich any longer. I knew he was not telling the truth because it’s on the website and I always order before hand, this is the first time I walked in to order. I left went on the website to order online from that location just to see if he was right and it allowed me to place the order. So idk why he would lie and deny business but definitely annoyed. Why hire people who don’t want to do their job or have the information correct. I’m a paying customer and come to this spot a lot especially for lunch or after work. Very disappointed

This location used to be so good. Now its just horrible. The staff working here is horrendous. I always give them the benefit of the doubt when its busy but the past 4-5 times they have consistently messed up our orders. They really do not care about giving quality service anymore. I dont even think there is anyone in charge at this location. If you request for certain items to not be on your sandwich, i guarantee they'll still put it on. They had 6 employees working and only 2 were actually doing something. Do yourself a favor and skip this location for a different one
