They didn't get my order right at all! Now I'm stuck paying almost $8 for a gross sandwich.
Update: I was emailed by the owner at 8:30 at night and they offered to remake my sandwich. Really, 8:30pm, sure let me drive downtown to finally get the correct order before I go to bed. Emailed the company to see if I could get a refund. They replied and asked for my information to make it right, I emailed them my information and have herd nothing.
All I wanted was a refund since they obviously messed up my order. It's like they just wanted to say they reached out, but never really wanted to do anything. I would rather they just no reply at all instead of wasting more of my time just so they can pretend they did something.

Ordered cold sandwiches to be delivered. When they arrived, they had toasted both. Asked that I get provolone cheese instead of Swiss. Nope! Got swiss. Sandwich smelt so gross, I couldn’t eat it and had to put it in another room. Will not order from them ever again. If you can’t follow specific instructions for a customer than you don’t deserve my service

Staff is very accommodating and very friendly. I've been here many times and they are always greeting everybody with a smile. It is great for dining in or taking out and you can always order ahead. It is conveniently located in a centralized area in downtown. Pretty close to a few parks around and then also have FCC and other great stores and thrift stores nearby.
Stop by if you're ever hungry.

I’ve ordered three times in one week and all three times my order has been wrong. I work in the West America building behind and it’s the only “healthy” option near me. It never fails that they either do not read the order or are just too lazy too care. As you can see by pictures of recent order dated 07/20/2021, my order is missing Avocado, Jalapeños, and Cheese. It’s not a big deal but , I paid for a service that was not given. This was the last time I will buy there. The order is not complicated, it only requires employees to read the order. This location is lazy and does not care about customer service.

This deli delicious is one of the best that I’ve been to. Super clean, friendly staff, and most of all, fast service. I would’ve gave them a 5 star but i notice the tall register guy licking his fingers to open the bags, very unsanitary.

I have to sadly agree with the reviews at this location. I go here A LOT and unfortunately my sandwiches are bad more than they are good. The sodas are always nice and good but the sandwiches I have experienced stale bread several times, low portions and they just dont make the sandwiches right. There are a couple of really good people but it's a hit or miss. We dont order for catering anymore due to the inconsistencies. I didnt want to give a bad review but sometimes that's the only way to help a business get it right. We gotta get it together downtown Deli D. It's getting extremely disappointing. :(
I order the salami sandwiches and tell them exactly how to make it from easy lettuce to extra mayonnaise, mustard, oil and vinegar and I still get dry crunchy sandwiches....I cant direct it any better than that and it's still not right :(

Food is delicious but unfortunately the service is subpar. It takes 20-25mins, which is almost my entire lunch to get my order. It’s a hit and miss with my order/sandwich. I never know if it will be made the way I ordered. Lately my orders have been wrong. This is pretty upsetting considering how expensive the food is. I don’t always have time to to go back and get my sandwich remade so the sandwich and my money are wasted. I’ve made it all the way home (Herndon hwy 99) to find my sandwich was wrong and ended up throwing it away.
