Burger King

We visited this burger king when going back from Sequoia park. They in deed had no fries and vege burgers so our vege colleague was disappointed but…. Imagine 90F outside and inside crew listening warren g - regulators, 2pac, biggie… good 90 hip hop. Very friendly stuff with visible women leader who tried to manage this place and be professional :) later we stuck in traffic jam after some shootout so visiting Fresno will be remembered for long

Don't go to this location, garbage workers. I had a mobile order to pick up. They closed midnight and it was only 11:45pm. I had no response from the speaker box, the drive window, or at the door. I know they do cash count at closing, but geez for a paid order? Turning off the lights, and ignoring me when I can see my order on the table. Just go somewhere else.

I used to go to this Burger King all the time, and had no issues. But lately this BK is trash. Every time I go they're having some kind of issue, like no sodas for example. They hardly ever have more than 2 people working, and they're always messing up my orders. But today took the cake. I placed my order online, they charged my card, and I was able to track my order. Once my order was available for pick up, I sent my husband to get it and they told him they were closed, and the lady was really rude according to my husband. 2:30 in the afternoon and we're being told they're closed AFTER THEY'VE ALREADY TAKEN MY MONEY. Why are they taking orders if they're closed? Why are the workers even in there if they're closed? I'm never going to this BK again, and I don't recommend this place if you want your order to be right or if you expect good customer service.

I order a breakfast sausage egg and cheese biscuit and hashbrrown they stated they don't have hashbrowns and asked can they give me fries I said ok. Got to my moms house the sandwich was sausage and biscuit only but I paid for the egg and cheese which was more. I looked for receipt no receipt in the bag. SMH

Pulled up to this location at 8:15am and waited at the intercom for a good minute with no response. Circled around the building to see two cars outside and lights on inside but no sign of life. I get finding workers right now is rough so change your hours if you need to. This location still says they open at 6am but I can’t get service at 8? Also, pulled up to the drive-thru window to look for people and saw leftover food and trash from the night before. That settled my appetite for Burger King this morning.
