Mcdonald's

I ordered 2 shamrock oreo mcflurries through doordash because the mint helped with my nausea and hunger pangs I'm experiencing from esophageal spasms but recieved 2 reg. oreo mcflurries instead. OF WHICH ARE NO USE FOR ME....I TRIED! McDonald's DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES MADE THROUGH 3RD PARTY APPS LIKE DOORDASH FROM WHICH I HAD ORDERED. AND DOORDASH DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY PURCHASES..ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE. THEY WILL GIVE YOU A PARTIAL CREDIT TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE FEE. I RECEIVED A $2.64 CREDIT TOWARDS A $18.32 PURCHASE. SOME DAYS REVOLVE AROUND THE SMALLEST OF THINGS. I'm unable to attempt putting food or drink in mouth without it triggering esophageal spasms that constrict my throat and the nausea that if anything does slip through the tightened passageway will be projectile immediately. AND THE HUNGER PANGS AND ABDOMINAL CONTRACTIONS FROM THE BODY DEMANDING FOOD BE CONSUMED.

I don’t care what other people say, I personally have never had an issue here. Every time I go I use the drive through and I am greeted by a friendly staff. Some people get angry when they have to wait 3 minutes for there food when there are 10-15 other people also trying to get food at the same time. How about learning some patients and waking up an extra 5 minutes earlier just Incase you run into a busy time.

Don't come here. This place is gross. I don't think they ever clean. It's probably going to get shut down. Customer service is awful. No high chairs or booster seats. Really at a McDonald's? Why even bother selling happy meals? McDonald's is anti-children now. Good luck with that. Shut the doors already this is nothing more than a homeless hangout.

The iced coffee batch was awful - not even strong. Tasted like water and sugar so of course I asked them to re make it. The employee who made it had the audacity to say that she JUST made my coffee so I piped in that it was too sweet and weak so she caught an attitude but had to remake it anyways. Girl boo, you work at McDonald's, it's your job to remake my coffee. 🤷‍♀️ And the second one was just as bad, water with sugar and cream. So I got a hot coffee instead. It's ridiculous that employees act like you are the one BUGGING them but if you'd just get things right the first time, we wouldn't have to bug you. So before you start talking about annoying customers behind the counter acting brave in your mcdonalds uniform, understand that your bad attitude is the real issue along with your weak iced coffee.

Friendly happy people work there but I hate going back to ask him to put the right amount of lettuce in a Big Mac or a McChicken lettuce isn't that expensive in and even after paying 25 cents for extra lettuce it still didn't have any lettuce but three small little pieces very disappointed McDonald's get on board and put lettuce on your burgers that are supposed to have lettuce
