I love the chicken avocado burrito, chips & guacamole & side of beans. Food is always good. This last time there were obvious staffing issues which I understand because of the pandemic. It was pretty busy inside. Lots of spills on the floor. It was hard to find a table that was clean. Trash by door was overflowing. Took 10 minutes for the cashier to take our order. They were out of Dr. Pepper. When we were getting ready to leave an employee started complaining about working there & said he was about to go off on these people. Very unprofessional to say things like that in-front of customers. Usually I like this location but maybe next time I’ll just go through the drive-thru & eat in the car. So my 4 stars are for the food only.

How is this location still open? El polo loco is one of the few places that fit my dietary restrictions so we come here quite often. Here is my experiences:
- We've actually gone and they have run out of chicken.
-we've spent over 45 minutes in the drive thru
- we attempted a mobile order, which the store was unable to fulfill, and then they didn't refund me until I called and complained.
We now drive to the Blackstone and Ashlan location, 20 minutes from our home, it's usually quicker even with the drive.

The rice and beans were good.
bought a thigh. got a dried out breast. took it back with receipt that said thigh. they gave us another dried out breast. they can't tell the difference between a thigh and a breast? it was bland

I went to the drive thru to get a 8 piece family pack and it took 40 minutes then the other it was not correct. It seamed like there were plenty of employees No coming back@#$&×

I always order 2 piece broccoli and salad. The last 2 times instead of a thigh I get half a back...broccoli is dry an 2 pieces in the container. Someone decided recently the salsa should have a ton of jalapeño in it.. cannot eat it..this hot. What happened? I will have to do my weekly el pollo elsewhere.

Just saw my daughter pull this thin piece of plastic out from the INSIDE of one of their churros.

Came to order threw drive thru it says they are open at 10am I even waited awhile to let them prepare and went threw and the completely ignored me at 10:15 the lady comes to the window says they are not open very rude. And didn't even tell me how long it would take them to have things ready.
