Possibly the worst Panda Express in the greater Fresno/Clovis area. Orders are never right, staff promises to check order, orders somehow end up wrong. Rinse and repeat. This place needs to get it together.

Unfortunately, I payed $8 for a bowl to receive a kids meal portion. Every other time I’ve ordered take out, the bowl is pretty full with more rice and broccoli. This is less than 3/4ths full. I wouldn’t have minded waiting if they were waiting for more food but this is just disappointing.

Very friendly staff i always encounter. I like it when some staff members just give big scoops of your choosing. The place looks clean usually. The drive-through is fair but I seen how they try to improve. Keep up the good work.

These guys are the absolute worst. DO NOT go when they are within an hour of closing because they will tell you they have run out of a lot of stuff. I went when they had 15 min until closing and they said they only had half a serving of chow mein and no other sides. They refused to make me any rice or chow mein. I wanted a plate that would come with a full side of chow mein or rice and they said I would just have to deal with it and that they MAY add a little more of the entree to make up for it. Such a complete joke. I’ve gone multiple times near closing and it’s always the same thing. I will not be eating here anymore.

Very poor customer service. I went through the drive through for a 2 item plate. After ordering and paying, I was asked to park because the fried rice was being made. I sat for 20 minutes before going into the restaurant only to be told that I was now waiting on honey walnut shrimp. Once I received my food there was no apology for the extra wait and the fact I had to come inside to get my drive through order! Again, poor customer service!

So, I stopped off here after the Panda on Cedar had no food available ( work the night shift and wanted to pick up something for my lunch break). The hours of operation listed stated that they closed at 10pm. When I arrive at around 9:30pm the doors were locked. There was a customer inside waiting for their order and another couple outside that arrived when I did. If you are going to lock your door BEFORE the stated hours on your website then you should state so. Needless to say I will never go to this Panda any time of the day or night again.

Ordered through door dash, door dash app wouldn't Let me order sides, I called the restaurant and Jasmine the manager went out of her way to take my order correctly, so when my door dash order went through she already knew the correct order. No one energy goes that extra mile anymore! She didn't even hesitate! Order was perfect, quick and warm! Second time ordering there and did was awesome! Great friendly service!

They have a drive thru! 🐼
It is a very clean place in a very centralized location and it is an ideal place to eat. Definitely a recommended Panda Express 👌🏽
