Starbucks

Cheers to the staff at this Starbucks location inside the terminal after you get through security. I visited before my early morning flight and the line was probably 30 people long at this point. I stood in it for a few before I got smart and ordered through their app. I think it got me my drink a little quicker, and I definitely didn’t have to stand in the crowded line.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience this morning. I asked for a light foam latte and the 1st drink had very steamed milk and the barrista free poured it. When I mentioned it felt light and had a lot of foam, she remade it: exactly the same way. I apologized and said it still had a lot of foam. She said she could remake it. I asked her to use a spoon because it was the same and her response: I know what I'm doing. I can always remake it. I get paid by the hour. I was floored and she remade the 3rd try the exact same way as the first and second time. I walked away because it wasn't worth it and she seemed to not care about doing anything different to fix the issue. This happened 8/12/2021 at 5:45 am ish. There was an older woman working registar who was kind and unfortunately this barrista did not seem to care.
