Parma Restaurant is definitely a place I recommend for your authentic Italian cuisine. The hospitality was great. The owner came out and visited her customers, which I find very humbling. The food was amazing. I look forward to our return. Thank you for our delicious meal. BON APPETITE 👨🍳

Do not go without a reservation!! I walked in and was not acknowledged by anyone for 5 minutes. There was no one at the front taking names...7 people walked in after me and only 1 was acknowledged as they brushed by me. So many employees just passing by me not saying a word or even excuse me. Felt incredibly uncomfortable as all the diners were just staring at me. The older lady wearing all black out of uniform, came up after seating the people who came after me. She said no space for walk ins waving her hands at me, kept saying no... not polite and unprofessional. It felt like she was shoo-ing me away. It was embarrassing. She said 'maybe have space in 45 min..didn't write down my name or #. The lack of customer service here was sad from the moment I walked in.

House made pasta and an incredible full bar are only the start of how great this place is. It was our first visit, but there will be many more. The food all had layers of unique flavor. The service was excellent. I was only sorry we didn't leave room for dessert!

One of the best meals I have had in such a long time. My steak was cooked to perfection, so buttery. My husband’s lasagna was divine. The owner was so nice and the atmosphere was great. If I could do 6 ⭐️‘s I would.

My family and I went to Parma tonight for my 37th birthday. The wait staff, food and service was absolutely fantastic! Hands down the best restaurant in town. My dad is the pickiest eater — especially with Italian food. I’ve never seen him finish a plate (even in Italy) but he did here. My family cannot wait to come back :)

I wish I could give more stars this place was absolutely amazing from service to the food to the atmosphere.. we had Elena and again what more can I say she was amazing she gives that feeling that she has known you for years.. our food was amazing.. we were able to get a date night in and had a baby sitter so this was a absolute treat.. risotto and steak were spot on and the pumpkin ravioli and steak was exceptional.. paired with a bottle of wine lemon cheesecake and a cappuccino and a dessert wine.. we can’t wait to come back we lll worth the hour drive there.. thanks again for the perfect date night.. far best place we have eaten in a very long time..
