Better make reservations first!. We have heard all the whispers about this place, and drove from Madera with our daughter to try. Got to the door at 530 and was told sorry completly booked until 8pm, damn. We will be sure to call ahead next try! And they are only open Monday- Friday.
Absolutely amazing food! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, will come back the next time we're in Fresno.
Outstanding Burgers. I can remember the first time I had a burger from this place.. and it's haunted me ever since... there's just something about it... juicy, smoky, intoxicating taste and smell.... the last time we went, we ate there and I had a french dip with cheese and a mild chili pepper....with some of the best au jus I've ever had...I wanted to drink that stuff..
If you're going to go, go early, especially if you're doing takeout, because the line starts heading out the door around 11 a.m. All the downtown employees in the know eat here. Isn't The Basque Hotel around there too" "The Basque is around the corner across from the empty lot. Just go to the porno shop and you can't miss Cosmo's, it's across the street." Some people navigate by streets. Some navigate by landmarks. Now that we have our directions clear, I was out to dinner with my cousins, well established eaters and patrons of l
