Voice recognition catastrophic failure in the drive-thru. It added all sorts of stuff we didn't order to our order. No, I didn't order 10 cheeseburgers. Can you call it a drive thru, if you are parked in the pull ahead area for MORE THAN half an hour ? ... and the food is COLD... HALF AN HOUR... WAITING ... REALLY??? Spoke to the manager. They seemed to think this is perfectly fine.

Slow, to go order, large fry half full, didn't have time to go back. Actual photo of my large fry as it came out of the bag! Check bag, none in the bag. I've noticed that they aren't filling them up all the way like they use to but this is ridiculous! Went in this morning and it took 12 minutes to get my order, one worker ask me if I've been helped, I said my number has been under now serving for 4 minutes. She walked over looked at the line where they were putting the orders together then walked over and cleared all numbers under the now serving section. I guess the made everything good! 😞

Ordered a 2 burrito meal with a extra hash brown and a water. I was told I have to pay extra for a bottle of water. To which I said no. If you have to please fill a glass with soda and just throw it away...I dont want soda or coffee. The cost is normally 6.70....I've ordered this meal many times. The charge was 9.80 for 2 hash browns and 2 burritos because they could not ring it in as a combo. Worst drive thru I've been to. Horrible customer service and intentionally try to overcharge. Will not be back to this location. Went to Burger King down the street. 2 burritos and hashbrowns was 6.25 and they gave me a water. I'm sure the food tastes better than what I would've gotten from this place.

If I could put 0 stars I would with the experience I had. I ordered bacon Qtr cheese with no cheese or mustard, I got home and it had cheese. I went back and it was remade. I opened it to double check it and it had no bacon and I told the employee. The employee took it back for the bacon to be added. When I tripled checked it driving home it had a hair! At this point I’m not even going back. SMH🤦🏾‍♂️

I think the only time their drive thru isn't busy is when they are closed. 🤣 Even then that might not be true. 😉 But fear not, even though they are busy most times don't let the lines fool you, they are efficient. They get you through quickly and on your way. Using their app to order and pay in advance makes it even faster as you don't expend time with those interactions.
