Great food and drinks at a good price! But when it gets late at night, don’t bother waiting in their long line for their “oh we ran out of milk” story . I’ve given many chances, and felt many disappointments. Save yourself the trouble , if u want their delicious shake, come earlier in the day (honestly way earlier, the better) or not at all. Just a heads up!

Nah. How is this the THRID time I'm here and you are out of all slushes, fruit, shakes, and ice cream. Last time is was CHICKEN; out of chicken. I understand supplies chain issues but if you have these neat boards to order, can you PLEASE tell us what is 86ed before I get 4-7 kids to agree on what to order and then have to play "I can't hear you" tag over the speaker. Do better, dudes. It's literally communication that I'm asking for. Today it's "we only have soft drinks" that are 1/5 empty... And w/o straws. Oh, and ur fries... Also 1/4 empty. This isn't standard. I'm too scared to unwrap my burger w/o getting angry.

Worst part was the sonic blast wasn’t blended and made haphazardly. Very lazy. Online order was cleared after we pulled into the car port never to have our food delivered. They then said we needed to go through the drive thru for pick up. Cashier was short with us and forgot our utensils. Third time with terrible service.

The food took forever & out of stock! We ate in the car stalls and at least a dozen cars ordered & left the drive thru in the time between us ordering & getting food. Ice Cream Machine is broken! No frozen treats are available, but there's no notice on any of the menus.. The "Sauced Jumbo Popcorn Chicken" was barely sauced. When we asked for more BBQ, the servers reply was I gave you ketchup then went back for BBQ when we asked again. Other sauces are out of stock. Menu pricing does not match the receipt charges!! Super disappointed.

Check your receipt!!! I was over charged, I was told they didn't have mini or medium size, so they gave me the bigger size, without asking me. When asked to confirm my order because I trust I was being charged correctly. Big mistake!!! I know what I can consume, and we ended up throwing all our drinks d/t the large portions. Also, we wanted the slushy watered down, not the lemonade, which tasted like water. Ugh.

NEVER ORDER FROM THE SONIC APP (at least from this location) TLDR: Items ordered through the app were not available at the location without notification. This location does not tell you that items you ordered are not included/available and will just let you leave missing half your order without telling you (assuming you didn't check the food you picked up). Food is cold and slushes we're melted. Parked at a stall and waited 15+ minutes with no service. Red button reset and had to be activated again with no help. . . Ordered through the app to take advantage of the "happy hour" drinks special and assigned a specific pick up time. Drinks I ordered: Sour Patch Kids Slush Float (current seasonal drink), Blue Coconut Slush, Strawberry Slush Food Order: 2 pickle fries, 1 mozzarella sticks, 1 French fries, 1 corn dog, 1 chicken sandwich. What I received: 1 mozzarella sticks, 1 French fries, chicken sandwich, Blue Coconut Slush and strawberry slush. Was given attitude when I told staff that some items were missing from my order then showed the receipt only to tell us that some of those items we ordered were not available. Only then we're we given options to replace the 2 pickle fries and sour patch kids slush. After alternatives were given, I mentioned that the corn dog is still missing and the staff rolled their eyes and said "it's not in the bag!?" This was after giving them the bag and the receipt. I don't live too far from this place but I haven't been back to this location in over 3 years because of the poor service I had before. Thought I'd give it a try again and was reassured that nothing has changed (has actually gotten worse)

Took my Mom for lunch, she kept seeing the commercials and wanted to try it. She ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings, and a Coke. I got a corn dog, fries, and a cherry limeade. After her second bite she asked "Is this a vegetable patty?" I confirmed on the receipt it should be beef, but it looked like a veggie. She didn't get halfway before she gave up. The corn dog, onion rings, and fries were good She wants to go back to try the "ice cream and candy dessert". 😁
