Slow to even acknowledge we had come in the door and was waiting. Tables were empty but then didn't want to seat us. Yes, low on staff and we understand that, but customers don't have to be ignored and told we can sit in the waiting area. Why not explain there would be quite a wait til meal would be brought out, ask if we want to sit at table, get us drinks while waiting. Could have probably sold more than one drink p person. The kindness and attention could have probably earned them more tip. (If the food was cooked correctly!!) Any way, we left and so did another couple.

We stopped for dinner at about 6. The place was pretty empty and we were seated quickly. The waitress gave us our menus and took our drink order soon after. She forgot to tell us about our side option since we did the two for twenty meal deal. We both ordered sirloin steaks. Mine was to be medium rare and it came out well done. The other was to be medium and came out rare. As we prepared to leave we asked for refills on our children's drinks and she said she would get them. She never did. We asked the hostess and were told she would get them and she never did.

The food was so good! Our server Viktor E was the best. They checked in with us they suggested one of the new 7 dollar drinks and it was vary good. They were so friendly and helpful when ordering. The pasta was not drenched in sauce just lightly tossed in it will beautifully done chicken no chewy bits at all. The fries were crispy and flavorful. The dragon fruit lemonade was vary tasty even got a cup to go. We will be back and ask for Viktor E next time we come in.

Even though we waited 45 minutes for food to arrive. My food was just warm, meat was overdone, loaded potato was cold, cheese on it was just sprinkled should have been melted. Even though they asked me when ordering if I wanted steak sauce, didn't get it. They never asked me if I needed anything else, had to remind the server about the sauce. Daughters burger was overdone even though we told the server pink in the middle. The bun was hard over grilled. Appetizers were good, beer and alcohol was good as we.
