three years ago I refused to come back due to the lack of customer service this store offers. I decided to come back and I still feel the lack of communication and rude customer service. I tried to buy the lottery but then I was told as I was paying “cash only”. No welcome, no how can I help you?....nothing. Those were the only words the guy said to me. And I know past customers paid the lottery in card before since my brother goes there so many times and told me to get the lotto there...so I am unsure why I had to pay in cash. Don’t know if it’s register problems or if I was lied to. I hope you read this because within 3 years, nothing improved. Worst customer service.
