Jack In The Box

first off there was only 2 people working. they didn’t take our orders for over 10 minutes. We go scammed for our money and they didn’t give the right order even tho we told them the order over 5 times. They didn’t even give us fries for the meals. They got us the wrong desert and they had only 0% drinks. It also took 40 minutes waiting in the drive through for our food. Very rude people too Definitely don’t recommend.

This place literally stole money from me. I placed a mobile order right after getting off work as I routinely do. I paid for it ahead of time using the app. After arriving at the drive thru I waited at the speaker box for a few minutes and wasn't getting anyone so I decided to pull up to the window. I saw a gentleman preparing something in the kitchen so I tried to get his attention by knocking on the window (after waiting there too) and when he glanced at me we made eye contact and he proceeded to hide. I waited a few more minutes and I realized I was not getting the food I ordered and paid for so I left. I was the only customer there too so it's not like they were busy. If they were having issues they could've at least came up to me and let me know instead of hiding from me and stealing my money. This happened on January 15, 2022 at approximately 5:15 AM. Sadly I can not return to this restaurant for fear of retribution and having something done to my food after posting this.
