Wingstop

The music speakers were blasting and constant beeping noise made it very difficult for the employee to clearly hear customer’s order. The Louisiana rub should be called Lousy rub. It was extremely salty to the point, it was unsafe to eat. The bbq wings were disappointing. The fries were soggy. The whole experience was disappointing. Six wings combo for $13+ could have been better. Felt bad for the employees as the quality of the food did bot reflect the decent efforts that the employees put to service the customers. Not going to this place again!!

Don’t even waste your time. Online ordering is a waste of time, they don’t even start your order until your arrive. I ordered at 245 for pick up at 345pm and I arrived at 344 and they said it would be 30-40 mins extra. That’s an entire hour for them to make my order and they still want an extra 30-40 minutes They shouldn’t allow online orders or phone orders if they are backed up and behind schedule. The brokaw wingstop doesn’t do phone orders if they are behind schedule so that allows them to tend to their current orders (makes sense right?) Parking is a pain in this little corner of a plaza and then the wait time is completely off. I have been going to wingstop for years and stuck with them even through the price increases. Go to another location if you need your wingstop fix.

One women with tattoos have very very bad attitude!!!!!! Be careful when you in this store!!!!!! I went to store at 2019/7/15 First employee it’s a boys told me wrong info. He say I can use online coupons in store. So I after I know that, I want to cancel my order and buy again right away for $3.00 five PCs chicken wing. ( He just swipe my credit card) But one women coming out from kitchen and she don’t want me to return transaction and processing again for $3.00 coupons. She Intimidate me {if I processing return, this transaction need to processing very very long!!!!!! Need two week!!!!!} and I told her it’s ok, because I know processing return need time and I can wait two weeks . So She’s very very angry !!! She shout to me. And I told her second transaction I need to use coupons for $3.00 5ps chicken wing, and she also shout the man in font desk, she take out my receipt, and she say she will give me a new receipt( Which it’s ok)but after 1mins she say she will not give me return receipt for no reason!!!!!! When I ask her name she don’t told me. And She say{ no one have name in this store?!?!?!?!} Because I need to protection myself, so I take photo for amount. She saw that !!! she it’s very very angry told me she will call police!!!! And growl me very very terrible!!!! Wing stop cant let this kind of person working in here!!. It’s to dangerous for people!!!!

Ugh...ordered a 15 piece and was shorted 5 wings. Call back to notify and was put on hold for 11 minutes before I hung up. Save your time and frustration and go to BWW or even better make your own at home. Eating from places has become a joke in this post-pandemic world and just isn't worth the risk anymore.
