Wow, what a great experience. The theme is like a hunting/fishing lodge with a brick oven in the wall and a cool moose head on the center pillar. The food was delicious! The tuna tartar was so fresh and flavorful. Also, I recommend trying the Blueberry pie with housemade vanilla ice cream on the side, amazing. The service was perfect and really made a difference. Can't wait to come back.

First time there. Waiter super friendly and professional. The fish tacos and reubin sandwich were generously portioned. Quality, taste and prices were spot on!

The food was decent (steamed lobster). The lobster soup was very oily. Dimly lit. Very loud. Server was meh at best. My guest didn't eat their salad, didn't touch it at all and the server never asked why. I didn't touch my veggies or cole slaw (weird side for lobster) and I also wasn't asked why.

We ordered takeout chowder here, but it is a really nice little restaurant with a cozy vibe. I was really surprised by the small quantity of chowder for the bowl size. $12 for about a cup and a half of chowder feels really pricey! Maybe they just gave us the wrong size? It was also incredibly salty. If you prefer a salty chowder, this is the place for you! I appreciate that staff were all wearing masks and the food was ready quickly.

Fantastic food and top torch service. The steak I had was perfectly cooked and the lobster roll was excellently crafted. To find the restarant you can park in the hotel’s lot, enter in the back doors, head up the stairs, take a left and walk down the hallway next to the front desk. A bit complicated, but that’s because the restarant itself is inside the hotel. Overall we had an excellent meal.

Well, apparently, their Baked Haddock is the best dish on the menu, and it was a very disappointing experience. Server made us feel rushed, and was impatient towards our needs. When I asked if they had any hot sauce, she said yes and walked away without offering any option. I managed to communicate which one I preferred, but she was 10 feet away from the table already. You how you can tell when someone is annoyed with you. Overall, maybe we expected too much, but it wasn't a great experience. Location is great, patio is really nice. Other staff members were really pleasent, so I'll just assume our server had a bad day.

Celeste was a great server! The garden area outside is nice. The lobster rolls we were served should have never left the kitchen. Microwaved? Stored overnight and re-heated? I don’t know how it would dry out so fast as to be chewy and crunchy at the same time. We each took a bite and then regretted immediately. The restaurant did not charge.

Absolutely the worst service and customer experience. The restaurant closes at 10 pm. We were traveling and wouldn’t arrive until 8:30 pm. We called the restaurant at 6:30 pm and asked to make a reservation for 8:30 pm. The restaurant told us they don’t take reservations. We arrived at 8:31 pm and the hostess asked us if we were staying in the hotel. We weren’t. She said they stopped taking seatings at 8:30, and it was now 8:31, and she couldn’t seat us!!! She made a point in saying it was 8:31. No exceptions!! How horrible!!! Be advised. While we didn’t get an opportunity to dine here, I can tell you that I would never even attempt to do so. We did end up going down the street to Gritty McDuff’s and had an exceptional meal and experience. We ordered the blackened haddock tacos, the shrimp tacos and ALE BATTERED SMOKE ARTICHOKE HEARTS. They were all excellent. The tacos came with a side of beautifully flavored rice. The quantity and quality of both the shrimp and the haddock were great. And our server really made our day after being treated so rudely by the hostess at Broad Arrow. I highly recommend!
