Imperial Diner

I rather focus on the outstanding service in this diner/ restaurant. I t has been awhile that I have observed Mr. Felipe Morales, Director of Services. He pays attention to details in the restaurant. He shows his excellent management skills, as follows: meticulous - maintaining cleanliness; integrity- taking pride in his job; professional demeanor- proper, impeccable dresser, respectful, friendly and welcoming. This is just a general evaluation of Mr. F. Morales. I found him striking since I had over 40 yrs of heading “pressure cooker” departments in higher education. It is a joy to see his performance. I would have hired him as my assistant . You guys are lucky to have him.

Like any other diner, there's too many things on the menu. Nonetheless, food is average, service is good and the atmosphere it's above all. On our last visit after 3+ years... well - there was a hair on my Greek Salad and the kids french toast was mistaken by a pancake. Although this seemed like a deal breaker, the truth is, it could happen anywhere. Fortunately, the waiter was very competent and resolved these issues without any drama or further delays. For sure, a place to reconsider!

Amazing. When I walked in, the cozy atmosphere instantly made me feel at home. The menu had such a wide variety of mouthwatering options that it was hard to choose. But let me tell you, whatever you end up ordering, it will blow your taste buds away! I had the luxury of ordering their famous “Imperial Chicken Panini.” The panini was seasoned to perfection. Every single bite was pure bliss. But the service? Oh my goodness, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had the best dining experience possible. I will definitely be retuning.

Going to Imperial Diner for a meal is like coming home. My family celebrates birthdays, special occasions and family visits at the Imperial as well as the typical diner visit. We are always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. The staff is welcoming and understanding of dietary restrictions and gives amazing service. The food is great and it is the cleanest diner I have ever been too!
