If you're ever in Surfside, please drop by this great place and tell them Kimberly sent you; you won't be disappointed. By far we absolutely had the very very very best customer experience everrrr. We can't say enough good things about the atmosphere and the mood there; I just had to do this beautiful review. The entire staff was bar-none--A1 across the board. We pour out our hearts and love to the amazing and lovely waitress named Ms Gwen (who'd been working there for 17 years now): and we also were nicely welcomed and met the dashingly handsome and cordial owner Mr Lin who made our dinner visit a fantastic experience all around and the dinner was delivered in a timely manner, the seafood was fresh and came with a huge side of perfection. The decor was so impressive that we just had to post a few pics for your viewing pleasure. And we met so many other great and funny people across the way from us that made this joyous occasion so much sweeter. We thanked them all so many times for such a warm, relaxing and wonderful time; we definitely will be returning guests again and again and soon. .don't forget to take lots of pictures with the propped-up pirates; they too really made our visit special, as well ❤️‍🩹 We highly recommend trying the 4 Fried Cheese balls to begin with but to go BIG or go back home and order the Seafood Platter and the Deep Fried combos and keep in mind that the Sauteed String Beans had a whole lot of soul in each bite:)))) and again we were so pleased when Ms Gwen put her foot in making our Greek salads...madd love and respect to her, Mr Linn and everyone else always😘 💕 Demberryz

You will surprised when you stop in and eat here. Just wow! This food is amazing. Not your typical fired fried fried seafood place. the seafood is fresh and there are many healthy choices of how they cook the seafood. The sides were great and the tea glass was kept full. The building was clean, the staff was friendly and the service was great.

Visiting Surfside for a few days from San Antonio with my mother and aunt. We are staying right down the road so decided to have dinner here for my birthday. I do not eat seafood whereas they do. They were very happy with the shrimp they ordered and I with the steak. It was probably one of the best steaks I’ve had. The service was wonderful and the restaurant was very nice. Overall a great experience. Glad we went.

We picked up from here last night and everyone really enjoyed their food. I had the flounder with crab, we also had the fried shrimp, grilled shrimp, fried zucchini, calamari, jalapeño poppers. The picture is of the flounder filet with crab stuffing. You can see that the portions are very generous. We would definitely eat their again - we heard it has been there for 30 years and is a real local establishment. Seafood was very fresh.

Dont be thrown off by the curb appeal!!! From the food, to the service to the atmosphere, this place is SUPERB! Calamari and steamed crab claws in chili sauce for apps., cooked perfectly. Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp excellent! Hubby had Fettuccine with crab and shrimp casserole dish smothered on top with parm cheese: fabulous! The normal salads, but the blue cheese dressing was perfect; not too bitey. All this served with hot, crispy, delicious bread. Prices met the quality. Portion sizes good enough to bring home a morsel for later. HIGHLY recommend.

My experience here was a pleasant surprise. From the exterior of the restaurant it looks like it might be like a mom and pop simple Fair with very little being freshly cooked.. I can't tell you how wrong I was. The interior was very casual and along the lines of a mom and pop restaurant but that's where that expectation ended. The service was fantastic the food was absolutely divine and the desserts are to die for. We went in expecting fried frozen food and came out full of freshly made grilled fish and wonderful appetizers as well as a chocolate pie that made me think goodness I was around to experience it. The wait staff was extremely courteous and yet not overbearing or aloof. Our waitress was absolutely awesome she was informative and was able to answer all of our questions and even provide some suggestions as portion control or I should say a small stomach meant that I would need to be prepared to take home part of my meal as they are not chintzy with the portions. Overall could not have asked for a better experience can't wait to come back here again next time we're in Surfside

Such beautiful scene. I like the flower on the tables. The food was very generous portions. They started my fried stuffed shrimp order with a salad, then they brought the shrimp just as I finished the salad. Perfect timing. The food looked amazing, and tasted even better. Couldn't finish it all because there was so much & got a to-go box.

Very nice restaurant. The inside decor completely surprises you once you walk in. Outside looks like it would be completely different atmosphere.. Food.. Calamari was good, Fried zucchini was a little oily, but flavor was good. Gumbo was not that good. The stuffed flounder was huge! The stuffing was very flavorful, and overall a very good dish. The a sauteed shrimp fettuccine alfredo was excellent. The shrimp ever very fresh. The kids fettuccine Alfredo was as large as the adults! I would definitely recommend this place to people.

Wonderful place. They close at 8:30 this time of year. We arrived at 8:25 with a group of 6. They were very kind and happy to seat us. We had wonderful service and incredible food. The scallop special was to die for. Our group had Snapper cooked many different ways. Everyone lover their meals. Homemade salad dressing is seriously good. The pie special desert was incredible. Highly recommend Red Snapper Inn for anyone that loves great seafood and appreciates professional service. It was a wonderful night
