I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts in South Freeport and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. The customer service was outstanding, with each staff member taking the time to greet me with a smile and making sure that my order was taken care of promptly. The fast service was impressive, with my order being completed in record time. Not only that, but the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, which created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I left feeling satisfied and happy, and will definitely be returning for my next coffee fix. Pretty decent experience. Clean location. Employees are nice. Donuts are always fresh. Its rare to find a Dunkin Donuts where they get your order right the 1st time around but this one is it. I've never had a problem with this Dunkin Donuts.
I usually use uber eats when placing orders with DD. I have my issues with both parties regarding wrong or missing orders but I will say they do try and rectify the situation
I can be a bit picky but the staff is wondering in trying to satisfy. Uber eats makes it impossible to get your items how you want it. But Dinesh, Anna and Miah do their best and are very friendly. I can call anytime with a order placement or complaint and they are helpful and polite
Everything Great as always. I am a vegan so just last night, I read an excellent article on line about the all plant based breakfast treat DD is introducing in NYC so even though the article did state that it will take time for this new breakfast will take some time for it to make it to most of the DD's across the country. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
All was really good. Except they got my sandwich wrong. But they apologized and corrected it. And remained friendly. So no problems. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them. 5 stars for 5 star service.
Doesnt always have fresh donuts. They get very busy at times. They always run out of my favorite flavor of ice cream. Store is always clean. Not bad.
Amazing service and wonderful customer service! I love this location! By far my favorite location to go to! They actually know how to make your coffee!!
