Dunkin'

Every time I go to this place it gets worst and worst. Even when you place your order, they make you feel they understand you, but....voila...assorted munchkins not being assorted, just 3 kind of them for 50 pcs...on top of that you order your iced coffee or iced tea with sugar, you tell them you want 5 pumps of liquid sugar, and voila....coffee or tea without sugar. Never coming again.

i would never provide a negative review to any small business .. most of the time service is great when certain people are working but when they are not the drive through can be brutally slow. i wish i knew the name of the top people that are usually there in the am during the week .. they deserve praise! sometimes coffee is not hot enough.. that could be an improvement.

It’s one thing after another with this place. The food is fresh, but the quality is awful, because the employees mess-up everything. The staff is always very nice, but they make a lot of mistakes and they don’t take pride in doing their jobs correctly. I’m sure their own personal orders are made just fine. It’s really shameful considering the prices the owner charges. This is my Boston cream donut. They usually put it in the bag upside down, but today they wrapped it in paper so the icing is on the tissue paper instead of the bottom of the bag. For a short time, they had little boxes that they put the donuts in and they were perfect. It will be interesting to see if this location lasts now that consumer habits are changing and people are working from home. I won’t miss them, if they go out of business. The 2nd picture is a toasted croissant, which was so cold that the butter couldn’t even melt. I was told I have to ask for it extra toasted, which we all know means it will be intentionally burnt. “Toast is bread that has been browned by exposure to radiant heat. The browning is the result of a Maillard reaction, altering the flavor of the bread and making it firmer so that it is easier to spread toppings on it. Toasting is a common method of making bread more palatable.” - Wikipedia. In the event this Dunkin actually reads this review, the 3rd picture is what customers expect when they ask for something to be toasted.

I have become increasingly disappointed with the service and the coffee. Tonight I went in there for decaffeinated coffee and when I got my order it tasted water down in about a half hour after finishing I started getting heart palpitations and I knew the coffee was not decaf this is not the first time it happened at the freehold location and I’m very disappointed normally I come in the service is great the coffee is spot on and it’s usually exactly what I want the people are normally perfect but whoever’s working the evening shift or not doing the right thing it’s very clear that they added water to the coffee thinking it will cut the caffeine and it doesn’t I am a very disappointing customer

Today was my second time visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee is always good and the employees are always very friendly. Today when I pulled up to the ordering station an employee SANG “Good morning, good morning, good morning, I hope you’re feeling fine!” that never happens! Definitely brightened my morning! Thank you!
