I'm not a huge fan of this Dunkin. I take my Mother here when she visits because she likes them, but the drive-thru isn't really a drive-thru. The speaker is right next to the window and they don't take your order til the previous car has left, so why use the speaker? Why not just take the order at the window. I see that they are now building a new location on the other side of Gander and I hope that this improves the service, but otherwise, I would suggest here using the app to order ahead to save time.

My new favorite Dunkin Donuts! The location at 2229 Plank Rd sucks. This location does a great job in order accuracy. Which is very important. The location appear is good, but could use some improvements. However, not bad enough to keep me from spending my hard earned dollars here!

Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. It only gets two stars because the food eventually came out right. Very poorly managed and rude or incompetent staff.The first employee put in our order wrong (we didn't want meat on our sandwiches), when I tried to correct it with another employee she was very rude and argued that the sandwich comes with meat and why didn't we just order a grilled cheese. Half the staff were just standing around or slowly filling cup dispensers or yelling at other employees. Won't come back again.

Staff is usually grumpy and seem to be unhappy with what they are doing. Drive threw takes forever to get through and you are boxed in if you decide you don't want to wait.

This store is temporarily closed. I don't know for how long. There is a sign in the door telling customers to visit then at a different location. As of 9:00 am Saturday, September 14, 2013.
