Burger King

My Family and I used the drive thru, we ordered our food no issue. We pay for our food receive our order, which was correct food is passed out I’m driving I open mine at the light and begin eating. I get about half way done pull the wrapper down some and notice part of the bun missing. I figure the bread pulled away and there was a piece missing. I look a little closer and hand it to my sister to investigate since I’m driving and she reply’s there is a huge bite taken out of your burger! The patty bread lined up perfectly. I wanted to throw up knowing someone had done that. This Burger King is on our way home. We stop go in they act like it’s no big deal and refund our meal. The health department was contacted they stated Burger King said it got stuck in the toaster, but the patty had the same bite out of it! Someone is lying and it’s just nasty I hope which ever employee did it ended up being fired...lay eyes on all food you get esp if it’s drive thru. The circled part I didn’t touch 🤢

Bad employees and they all know each other and the owner. So none of them have to worry about getting fired. They treat customers like trash. There's a reason this place is never busy. Number 1 rule of business is never hire friends or family because they don't feel they have to perform well. This place will continue to slide until corporate takes the location back from the owner. They were extremely rude and crushed my order and when I complained they said if I have a problem I should just leave.

I live right down the road. Not only do I have to wait longer than it should take at a "fast food" place but they get my order wrong every single time. It's especially frustrating when you're in a hurry. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt because they're conveniently close and I enjoy the spicy ch'king sandwich but I don't think I'll be back after this time.
