This place used to serve some really good chicken, but it definitely doesn't any more. The chicken became tough and gristly. You also have to wait a long time before you're order is taken, not because of long lines, but because the staff is lazy. There are just too many problems with the staff. If you want chicken, go up the road to Royal Farms.

Never gets the order right, the people are lazy and just say no more chicken an hour before they close when really it's you didn't make enough and to lazy to make more. And no not a one time thing practically everytime we go or place an order they screw it up. That must not care about customer service

Terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and the Manager said it was going to be 8 minutes then gave us our money back and said sorry we gave it to someone else. No compensation just real rude. I call corporate on them.

Bought a meal online and came in to pick it up only for it to not be ready when the app clearly said it was. The employees rolled their eyes at me when I explained this. They didn't start making the food until I showed up. When I got home the chicken was incredibly soggy with grease but no crisp. This location is not up to kfc's standard. I'll be going to Popeyes from now on.

this location needs to hire staff. I wanted to go inside for a take out order. Drive thru service only. Plus they screwed up my order, my purpose for wanting to go inside to order. Cheated me out of an of fries. Come on Guys!

Never can give me what I order, I need 8 chicken thighs and they can never do it, this is the second time within a week this has happened, and the second time I've left without anything and the last time I will attempt to get chicken from this location again. Just shut down and save customers the trouble
