The cook makes a difference on how the food is prepared or taste. My last visit I had to ask the young man for a drink because he was on his phone behind the counter. He acted like I bothered him. I normally leave a tip, but the only tip I have is for management to be more aware of what their staff is doing..

Our waitress was attentive and made recommendations. It was my birthday so I received a free cake and ice cream... Which was awesome! It was really a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

I was forced to give this location 1 star in order to post my experience; when it truly deserves a '0'. Our entire order was disgusting. How do you mess up 4 simple burgers? They were dry and only 1 of the orders was made as requested. We asked for no cheese on one... it had hard-crusty-burned cheese on it. The others just tasted like cardboard. My 2nd horrible experience with this franchise. The Stafford location made me wait an hour after the scheduled pick-up time for a well done steak & now this truly unacceptable meal provided by the Fredericksburg restaurant.

Just completed a curbside pickup. My son is lactose intolerant... I ordered the kids cheeseburger and checked no cheese! Of course there was cheese on the burger and the fries were missing. Partially my fault for not checking the bag but attention to detail here is non existent and they weren't busy so not sure what the issues were. I attempted to call once I got home and the line just rang. Will never visit again.

Great service even with it almost closing. The manager, was charming and warming. Our server, Mike was very polite and intune with our wants. L33 also came and helped even tho he wasn't our server. The experience was awesome.

2nd time in a row we didn't get our cole slaw with our fish and chips order (to go). Friendly personnel handling the orders from receiving it by phone to delivery to my car (computer online ordering program is weak). Good food, but would also like it if we got our cole slaw.

Pretty disappointing. We were overflow from Olive garden due to their wait time. Migrated over and were sat. 15 minutes without a service we left. 9 tables seated in the restaurant. As a general manager in a full service restaurant, this was a pretty pitiful experience and seeing some of the other reviews the District Manager might want to listen to their customers or force this place out of business. Too many restaurants in close proximity to provide awful service or in this case no service at all. People in the FOH wasn’t really an issue either. I counted 7 black shirts. Not sure of their titles, but this was just embarrassing.

Went for Mother's day. Food was great and the server was wonderful. Very cheerful even though she was a mother.
