knowing this was fast food, i really wanted to cut them some slack. i ordered a Rueben with extra kraut (which i paid for) and what i got was the sandwich pictured. i cant imagine what the normal serving is. went up to the counter and asked for some extra kraut, they gave me about a thimble full. seeing how hard it was to perform this, i just decided to cut my losses and just to enjoy whatever they served me. that other sandwich is a beef and cheddar. the turkey sandwich was much better constructed than the other two. fool me once, shame on - shame on you.

On a roadtrip from NYC to North Carolina. Stopped by and grabbed a few of the sliders, some mac and cheese, a nice cold strawberry lemonade and more. Had an amazing time. Food is way too good! And as a tip, if you put the Mac and cheese on the buffalo chicken slider, you’re giving yourself a one way ticket to Heaven.

This restaurant has really gone down hill. Drive thru line was exceptionally slow. The young man working the drive thru didn’t seem to be competent with handling money and receipts. Instead of being handed my receipt it was held up in such a manner that it ended up on the pavement. He also seemed to have a difficult time handling change or speaking with customers. I’m sure there’s a collection of coin on the ground outside the window. What made it worse was that after waiting an exceptionally long time with only one car before me, I pulled up to the window only to look in and see the underwear of the young man bagging food. He had on sweatpants that he hadn’t bothered to tie the drawstring on so they were below his behind putting his red and green plaid boxers in full view. Not comforting to see the dingy underwear of someone handling your food. And, the sandwiches weren’t even good and warm. If this is the service experience to be expected, I’ll choose something else.

People that came in after me were getting their food before me. I was waiting for 1 sandwich and my fish sandwich was getting cold sitting on the tray waiting for my other one. I said something so they made a new fish sandwich for me. Need some better supervision.

Used to be five stars in my opinion, until they took potato cakes off the menu. Used to come at least 2x a month, now maybe 1x a year.

This Arby's is clean and the staff are really pleasant. Our food was served hit and fresh in a short period of time. I highly reccomend this Arby's! Give them a try!

We ordered double roast beef. It was almost closing, yet our fries were HOT and plentiful. The roast beef was puled high. And the condiments were in the bag. The order was perfect. With napkins and everything. The staff was helpful and professional.
THIS IS MY FAVORITE FAST FOOD RESTAURANT.

Tried the new bacon and brisket...delicious. Didn’t realize there were there meats on the Sammie..nice surprise. Got the meal with a shake instead of soda. Cashier was pleasant and polite as I asked questions thru the new menu items. Thank you. Restaurant is clean and crew is pleasant.
