If you love Itialian ice, this is the place for you! I'm not such a big fan of it, but their custard is also great. For the first week of Spring this year, anyone who had their app could get a free Italian ice. My sisters got their cotton candy and unicorn flavors and I got the mango flavor. They were all good. I've also tried their cookie dough flavor, and despite my love for cookie dough, it didn't really work out for me in an Italian ice.

Our visit to Rita’s was great, a wonderful reward at the end of our walk. The walk-up window service was fast, friendly, and efficient. They have very smooth and creamy custard, available in vanilla, chocolate, or twist. They have a huge selection of Italian Ice flavors that are updated daily. It was a hard choice between ice or custard, so I went with both in their signature gelati, alternating layers of custard and ice. I opted for vanilla custard and lemon ice. It was delicious! They also have a “concrete” option, a mix of your choice of custard and various candies. I tried that on a subsequent visit and it was equally delicious.

Stopped in at Rita's just now with my son. We both got vanilla custard ice cream with caramel topping. Mine also had wet walnuts whipped cream and a cherry. YUMMY. Smacking good. I will definitely be returning!

STILL the best Italian/Custard in the Burg! There was a lot of flavor choices, but only 1 sugar free which luckily was perfect for me considering orange w/vanilla custard is a favorite!!!

The best Ice Cream business in town. I love and enjoy all the flavors that they offer, and I love the kindly and service staff that they have. I like how Michelle the owner is managing the place is very smooth and clean. 100 stars for this business.

Excellent treat with excellent customer service.
I was looking for lemon Italian ice after they just opened. I was told it would be ready later in afternoon. After I explained my situation, she had it ready in 30 minutes with a smile.

I always love a good gelati. Customer service was good. My only complaint is that it's not a very convenient location near Fredericksburg. But I'd make the trip just for the custard.

Called last minute a few days before an event for 120 kids and Michelle worked with me and was very helpful. The event went wonderfully, and I am grateful for the 11th hour help from Michelle and Rita's Ice.
