The manager was rude as hell! The other staff members were slow don't get me wrong but they were very polite. Although I did order my meal large even repeated myself multiple times, I then get to the window and I'm handed a small meal. I nicely let them know they corrected my drink, hand me my food I verify that the fries are the large THAT I ORDERED not my fault they didn't get it right the 5 times I had to repeat myself. They said yes the fries are large too and Shoo me away well guess what they were smalls as well.

This so called strawberry frosty sucks. Don't get me wrong. The flavor was ok but it was like a McDonald's shake. I was expecting a thick frosty that was strawberry flavored. If that was the intended product. The employees need to pay closer attention when preparing food.

Sign said dining area is open. Unfortunately they are not ready. Table wasn’t clean, seat not cleaned. Crumbs all over. I used my sanitizing wipes to clean. Then I took my granddaughter to bathroom and garbage can was full, and no soap in in container or automatic sensor wasn’t working. Food was good but the rest turned me off.

The experience at Wendy's today was an absolute train wreck. The indoor dining was back open so I went in to order. That turned out to be a huge mistake. I waited 20 minutes for my double baconator meal. If there were a line of people in front of me inside I would understand, but there was one person ahead of me. It was like they pulled fifteen people off the street and told them to figure it out. I was going to give two stars because it's Wendy's, but the food was cold and the fries were raw. This location needs to go through training again. Close the dining room, stop mobile ordering, or figure it out. Absolute mess.

The food is almost always good, but since the lobby is still closed you spend like 30 minutes in line and hopefully your order is right, otherwise you're going to wait another 30 minutes in the drive thru to fix it.
Even if the lobby was just open for picking up mobile orders, it would help A LOT.

I gave 2 stars since the food is USUALLY good, but this location has gone down hill since a couple years ago. There’s such high turn over with the employees, the quality of service sucks and the food is not up to par.
Before leaving the drive thru, I noticed things were just randomly thrown into bags so I mentioned to the guy at the window I was just checking my order. He gave me a funny look so I just left, but headed home I realized I should have been checking the temperature of everything. What a joke.
I’ve called 3x in the last hour and no one’s picking up. I sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes and expected it would be worth the wait, but I was sadly mistaken. When even the CHILI is cold to touch, there’s a problem.

Decided to go there today. Could have gone to Sonic but the line was too long and Wendy’s only had 2 people in the drive thru.
Pulled up to order and the female voices says “ what do you want”. After I paused from surprise, I order a double burger and soda. Drive around and picked it up wondering why it was so expensive. Lo and behold they had supersized it although the soda wasn’t large. I never said fries or supersize.
I am in a totally different service industry and would have fired whoever was on the ordering side.
No wonder the line was shorter.
