I've been coming here since the day they opened. We need to really understand how blessed we are to have such an amazing, standout business in our community: high level of products: delish food, fancy coffees & the biggest shakes in the area. Everyone has always been kind to me, I can only think of one circumstance in 5+ years that was semi-negative [another customer took our food & we had to wait for replacement orders to be made] experience, but it was no fault of the business. Owner Jeff is so generous it's almost unreal: he regularly does free drinks/food for nurses, teachers & first responders... & does very generous give-aways so those of us us in other professions have a chance to be blessed as well. [I've been a recipient & it has reminded me that they still are wonderful people in the world] Thank you Jeff & Battlefield Country Store, I pray for continued success for your business!

Everytime I've came its been a great experience, from the Milkshakes, Poundcakes, & the huge Deli Sandwiches, even the Mix dipped chocolate Peanuts this place is amazing all around, & now with the new addition of Battlefield Coffee Company Perfect place to visit anytime of the day. (Also on a side note) The bathrooms were really clean & the pictures gives it a Homie type of Vibe, just had to mention. lol Definitely Will be back again & will recommend to friends and family..

Battlefield is unreal! I go almost every other week for the sandwiches and milkshake of the week. The service is amazing and you’re definitely getting your moneys worth. Dog friendly and plenty of seating outside. Follow them on Instagram to see what the weekly specials are and become and addict like me!

Ok, trying to be objective here. It's ice cream and sandwiches and candy in clear plastic packaging. The ice cream and sandwiches were good, and large portions. However, the sandwiches were a half hour wait and the icecream was 45 minutes (had to be bought separately). On top of that the service was pretty bad. I went up after 25 minutes to get the sandwiches (remember, i was told it would take 30) and waited about five minutes and two of the four came out. I told my young daughter we still had to wait for the other two i was asked what was missing and my name and the woman behind the counter responds "we had to put that in the warmer 10 minutes ago because you didn't come to get it. You slowed us down!"... I am sorry that i came back to look for my food at the time i was told to. The store was insanely packed, everything was overpriced, and the only place to sit and eat were either picnic tables in the middle of the parking lot (icecream does not pair well with RV fumes) or out in a little field, either way you're sitting out under the hot sun. As good as the food was, it really wasn't worth it. We won't be coming back.

This welcoming country store is a must visit on the outskirts of Fredericksburg. A great selection of candy and fudge (and other miscellany) is available. If you are local or visiting from out of town, I recommend you take a pleasant stroll through the store or take a seat on the front porch while you wait on your ice cream order.

From breakfast dates to family dinners, birthday celebrations to just a random stop in, the entire team has always been amazing. The food is always the best, the ice cream spot on. Now adding in the coffee and hall have made this family very very happy. My parents love coming into town to visit and stopping by for the selection of candies. We love the deli and bakery items. And BACON AND DONUT SATURDAYS!!!

Found this gem because of Instagram pics. Just want to share that the fancy specialties are seasonal and it changes. When we came it was pumpkin spice with pumpkin cheesecake ( milkshake ), there are 2 specials one with coffee would be available at the coffee counter and the milkshake one, you order it through the ice cream counter. The counters are across from each other. I went with friends and we got coffee and milkshakes. I got myself a oreo, coffee with whipped cream and extra Oreos. My friend ordered the specialties since I am allergic to cinnamon:( but no worries I got the pictures :). We also got some Fresh doughnuts from Yoder kitchen that parked outside. Def recommended this place ! Awesome friendly staffs as well!!!
