My food always comes out hot and fresh. The French fries are tastey, sandwiches are really good and their desert and milkshakes are good. I just wish they wouldn't take away the good milkshakes that are new/ limited time. Burger King in my opinion is more reasonably priced better than McDonald's.

Drive through was a very bad experience! They took my payment, didn't give me a receipt and told me I would have to wait for the fries. Meanwhile others were asked to wait for theirs as well. Their orders were brought out but no one came with my order. After quite a wait, I had to go inside and speak to them and they claimed my order was not in the system. I asked for the manager, she was very young and seemingly inexperienced....they finally found my order and the manager casually offered a free dessert (which I declined).
Very poorly handled start to finish. Positive staff leadership should be a priority. A proper manager would have resolved the matter appropriately. Consider employing good managers with customer service skills. Will not be going back

5/5 for burger king. No one is ever here. It's an underused jem. The interior is nice, they don't mess up your food. I love the fact there's plenty of seating and a play area for kids. People mostly drive by it because it's hard to spot the entrance and it's in the cut but for me that's a good thing because it's usually quiet and no wait. My only issue is the same I have with most burger kings and that is the menu. For the cost it's just not practical. If I need a quiet place to sit or a place to play with the step son it's sometimes worth it. But burger king in general needs to lower their prices. A 5/5 in comparison to other burger kings.

Worst burger king experience I ever had in my life. My food was good but the reason why I am giving this place a 1 star because of one of the workers who took my order didn't say hello may I take your order or say thank you. Just gave me an attitude look and did not look friendly at all. Because of that I'm never coming back here ever again. It’s like if you hate your job so much, then it's time for you to move on😡

IMHO, best BK in Frederick. Very clean, no kiosks, staff is great. My son and I went there for Sunday breakfast. Like the 1950s decor and vibe. They also offer ability to order on line. We'll still eat in, because it's a great experience.

Clean store and fast. Order was hot. Messed up our fries, no biggie. Staff wasn't friendly and we felt like we were a burden on their time. Felt u comfortable just asking for ketchup to go because they were so irritable seeming.

I waited for 15 min for my nuggets as 4 orders came out before mine. Employees acted like I was bothering them when I asked for my cup. I will never go back to this unfriendly staffed place.

I came here paid for a large chicken fries and a large fry and was only given 2 sauces and said that’s all I get for over 6 dollars worth of food I’m tired of these cheap greedy money grabs these fast food workers are pressing and I’m tired of arguing and fighting with your employees over sauce if I pay for my food give me my sauce. It’s simple and until you listen I or my family will come back to this Burger King you fired all your old workers and hired all these extra employees that won’t give me sauce I’m done with the petty money grabs.
