Wendy's

This is the absolute slowest level of service I’ve ever experienced at a “fast” food restaurant. I stopped in at 4:30 and waited over 15 minutes for a mobile to-go order that I placed in advance. I was not acknowledged by the general staff and didn’t receive any communication about the long wait, despite the restaurant not appearing busy. The employees made eye contact with me and literally stared me down despite it being clear that I was waiting in the pickup area for a mobile order. After several minutes of waiting, I asked about the status of my order and the cashier simply took the receipt, walked away and placed it on another counter without saying a word to me. I see why they’re hiring because the staff they have is absolutely terrible. It wasn’t until a manager came out that my order finally came out, and to his credit- he gave me a medium sized drink instead of the small I ordered for the inconvenience. I get that this is a Wendy’s and people might not care about their jobs, but a 15+ minute wait for NO real REASON is just ridiculous. I’d literally go anywhere else. Order placed at 4:24 and not received until 4:41. I also asked for NO ice and.. e cup was literally filled with the largest cubes I’ve seen commercially.

Great customer service! Everyone was so kind and talked with a smile on their face. I had stopped here on my way home from work after a rough day I figured I’d treat myself with a frosty and a 4 for 4 it was so nice to be treated kindly, ending my day long on a good note. Not to mention the fast service, I pulled up to the drive thru to order and was greeted very nicely by the owner, ordered my food and had it within minutes. Very good too!

Horrible service. Nobody answers the phone and wants to talk to you. Lady shoved my food out the window without acknowledging me, while talking to a guy inside about a party she went to. I only was given fries and ketchup..they forgot my burger and my nuggets! When I tried to get her attention she scoffed at me and said go inside if I have a problem. Ridiculous. Do not go here. I’ve ordered on door dash as well and they forget to package food.

Staff is consistently ignorant and ignored customers waiting in line. Just had them take my friends order and totally ignore me while I stood there even though we approached together and by the time they even acknowledged me existing my friend had already gotten his food. Someone need to train the manager to finish one task before starting 3 others and not to outright ignore people that are clearly together and making us wait for no reason. Came here at least 2 times a week but will go somewhere else after this.

They’ve been understaffed for a while , not for a lack of trying but they’re always very nice and working hard . I went there the other night about an hour before closing and my god did they have their hands full . I ended up waiting almost an hour in line but I know that they were trying their hardest . Fast food is not an easy job , especially when your understaffed and the only place open at that hour. Kudos to the manager , he works his butt off and is always very kind. He tries his best with the cards he was given
