Sort of disappointed. Granted we went in late but it still should've been better. The meat on my steak sub was so overdone from sitting in the prep pan that after they put it on the grill to heat with cheese it was dry and tasteless. My husband got the club sub and there was so much oil and vinegar that the sub roll was completely soaked, he had to put it on bread when we got home. Guess I'm just spoiled by my usual store in Mount Airy, MD.

It’s cool, parking wasn’t so bad. Looked clean when walking in, one of my subs was missing something but was corrected immediately without any issues, I noticed the prices were a bit higher than other JM I been too in other areas but customer service was good .

My entire order was not sent ! I ordered through door dash and when we called about the order they would not refund my money back ney for what i didnt get! If they use door dash it should be up to the restaurant to see the orders are closed mplete

This is the 3rd time I've been in this joint and I guess I can now say that my overall experiences have been disappointingly average.
The service is always average, the sub procuring is average, the taste is average, the price is average, the whole vibe is average.
I would also highly recommend against getting it "Mike's Way." That is unless you enjoy having oil & vinegar with a side of sub.
Yes, the photos may not say so because I simply can not take a bad photo but it's definitely a sogwhich.

5 stars for the food being as expected. The location appears to have had several improvements, including the upholstery being updated. The employees are still slow at keeping the floor swept and tables wiped down. When I arrived all of the staff were in the back. The floor is littered and most of the tables and chairs are dirty.

I have to say the cheese steak sub was absolutely delicious and fulfilling for only $9 it wasn't bad at all, however one of the male staff had a bit of a attitude and soured my experience a little.
