Mi Rancho Grande

Absolutely amazing. I've been here 2x now, once by myself and once with my SO. The fajitas, chimichanga, beef tongue tacos, and carne asada are all A+. The meat has been cooked perfectly for every dish, seasoned perfectly. I've been sad about moving to Frederick and leaving some of my beloved restaurants, but this makes up the last piece of what was missing. My husband is from the Southwest and was so happy about seeing yucca and some of the other ingredients on the menu. When our food came out, we were both impressed with the quality, flavor, and presentation. Our server kept my husband's water full, which is actually an impressive feat. He was attentive and friendly. Overall, excellent food, excellent service, excellent addition to Frederick. We will be back many, many times in the future.

Very friendly and professional staff. And an opportunity to stop in for lunch during the week. Chips and salsa of war provided on the table although my chips were stale the salsa was a very good. My lunch plate was presented well here it although the taste of the food lat. Just that one ingredient to make it perfect. With all that said I would still recommend this restaurant for a quick bite. But not for a date night or romantic evening.

Food was very good. Salsa was good, the chip bowl for the salsa could've been a little bit bigger. Nachos were a little pricey for the height of them BUT made up for it with the toppings. The nacho supreme comes with chicken on one half and beef on the other. The server was very good although I don't remember his name. He sat tables, served half the restaurant and bar-tended as well.

I don't know what happen to this place , but my wife and I have been coming to this restaurant for a couple of years with great customers service , and now the last couple of times service has been really bad. I remember a couple of years ago when they first open the customer service was excellent, but like usual over time I guess customer service starts to fade. Our waitress literally had an attitude from the time we sat down, mental note if you see a waitress having a attitude from the start just ask for another waiter/waitress and not let that person or their personal problem effect your time or your family's time. How ever the food and the people cooking the food are still doing a great job !!!!

Went by after work for dinner. I had the house margarita & a seafood burrito. The margarita was on happy hour special for $2.99, and accordingly, didn't taste overly strong, but still tasty. The seafood burrito and plate was served hot, and everything tasted fresh. The shrimp and scallops weren't overpowered y the sauce, and were cooked well ; not over, and not undercooked. The server was very friendly, and attentive, while not hovering and never quite disappearing. We will definitely go back!

We love it so much they treat us like family now. I don't need to ask for the yummy picante habanero salsa it greets me at the table. Pupusas with loroco and cheese and pickled cabbage on the side crazylicious!! A steal. All the standard Mexican fare plus treats like tacos de lengua and pescado frito (my favorite except I rationalize myself into eating unpreferred tilapia). Worth it! The atmosphere, fun, the staff thoughtful on the mark, just fabulous.
