The service was excellent, waiter was courteous and kind the chef did an excellent job preparing our meals. And the icing on the cake is that there was one customer in the restaurant who left shortly after we came in when we got ready to pay for our meal the waiter informed us that the customer had paid for our meal. This really inspired me to see that there are still good honest people in the world today.

Waffle House on 85 in Frederick MD.
Service was good food was good.
Asked for another cup of coffee. Was 1st told pot was empty and it would take time to make another. I said that's OK I'll wait for the coffee. Pot is in site of me. Finished my meal and was told they couldn't get the pot to work, yet no one went near it. ??????
As I was leaving they started another pot of coffee!
Is Waffle House limiting the amount of coffee per purchase now?

Great experience! Abbie was a great waitress and the cooks were also awesome! Bathrooms were very clean as well. They were all very kind! I know I would be grateful to have good workers like them.

I would not go to this place the food is very greasy and when I say greasy it is greasy practically my sandwich drained of fat and and not only that all the food is fried food on site they do not grill anything all the food. as for the staff is attentive but slow

Food was good but our waitress ( Brandy) did not pay attention and got the order wrong. I'm not one to complain so I ate what I was brought but it should have gone back. She talked and played around to much and even the order didn't go in right away then got it wrong. We probably won't try this waffle house again.

Arianna** is the best Waffle House employee I've ever had the please of interacting with. She's bright and bubbly, and very hospitable. She deserves a raise and recognition for the amazing job she does.

Carry-out only after midnight. I was driving through the night during a heavy downpour and I just needed a little breakfast and a chance to get out of the car for a while. A Waffle House is usually perfect for this but unfortunately I apparently stumbled across the one Waffle House who had one employee on shift and therefore was only doing carry-out at 1am.

Mandy is Fantastic! We ended up here to meet my parents (haven't seen in months) for a meal after other places we tried ended up being to-go only. The six of us squezed into our small booth (we were offered more roomy options...but we were determined to make it work!!🤣) Mandy was such a great waitress. She had us laughing all night, helped us order off their "secret menu" and even put money in to play us some silly music. I'm glad she played along with our antics and dumb jokes and really made it a special night for us :) the food was fantastic! Thanks too for telling us the food options that are no longer in the menu but still available, I got my hash brown toppings and my dad got his T-bone he loves so much.
