Good food fast. Burrito stuffed to bulging with brown rice, roasted peppers, black beans, salsa, guacamole, corn 🌽 salsa, sour cream, lettuce is to die for. Bowl works too and avoid mess and finger licking. Add chips n salsa for added treat. To go or dine in its a winner 🏆

this is easily one of the worst chipotle's in town. the only reason to go to this one repeatedly is the proximity to my house. the pickup orders are ALWAYS incorrect, missing items, or never on time. plus, I understand cross contamination can happen, but a vegan burrito bowl should not have bits of chicken and sour cream globs all throughout. the level of negligence here is astounding. go across town if you can.

Good experience people are nice. Ordering online is great but they miss order randomly sometimes. Could be cleaner in eating area. Seems like the don't have enough people to get it done sometimes.

Usualy fresh and great tasting. Going in is way better than ordering online. Online orders get skimped even when you request extra, but they still charge for it. Get a bigger scoop guys !!!

Don't go to this Chipotle unless you speak spanish or have extra time and patience. The majority of the staff working the customer facing line aren't fluent in english and can't understand what you are asking for. It would be easier if they hired deaf staff, at least then you could write down what you need and hand it to them. I don't speak spanish. I've never been there without needing to repeat myself multiple times in multiple ways with hand gestures (like playing charades) before they get it. Today I was trying to get a chicken bowl with a cold tortilla on the side. After multiple attempts of trying to explain to the worker what I needed she finally got it after a worker who speaks my language yelled from the back in her language what I needed. It's not fair to the employee nor to the customer to not be fluently speaking the same language.

Great location as we live in Urbana and the location by there is the worst! The chicken at Westview location was plentiful, tasty and great chunks. Staff was good but the tables were a little messy and the trash cans were full.
However the food here was great and highly recommend this location over Urbana 100%!!

this is the worst chipotle's go to cafe rio in the same shopping center it’s way better the only reason to go to this one repeatedly is that it’s right by my house. the pickup orders are ALWAYS incorrect, missing items, or never on time OR just don’t come at all !!! 0 stars if I could.

I'm not impressed with the new Pollo Asado, plus the white rice wasn't fully cooked.
4 * because the rice wasn't fully cooked (felt like little rocks) It was a pick up for me but didn't want to drive back.
