Northwoods Bakery Cafe

I am leaving my previous review below, but have increased their star rating to a 4. Donuts are still 5 star worthy, and staff interactions have all been positive since my post a few months ago. Will see how they are if we decide to eat in again, but the last experience went well. Their breads are also delicious- lighter than I can ever seem to get my own! (2018)This used to be one of my favorite places, sadly my last 3 experiences have left me wanting. The donuts are worth 5 stars, and a couple of the waitresses are worthy of it as well, but the meal experiences have left my children and guests so disappointed. Longer waits than you'd typically expect when there aren't many other customers, 1 visit our soup was served cold, but sandwhich was over cooked. Another visit an order wasn't included on the grill tab, and one order was made with the wrong bread. Today asked specifically for hashbrowns to be extra crispy, and they definitely weren't. They do apologize, which is appreciated.
