Hardee's

We arrived in the drive through at 11:51am. Sat at the order station for 8 minutes before even ordering. I was finally waited on and arrived at the window at approximately 12:05. There was 2 other cars pulled down in front of us, and after we paid, we were made aware that our order was dropped in the floor and had to be remade. We pulled down and waiting for another 10 minutes. We received our food at approximately 12:15, And was told there was more confusion on the ham and cheese sandwiches we ordered so they gave us the big one instead of the little one. We also were given 2 pies for the confusion. Glanced inside the bag, we were missing dipping sauce so I went inside to get some. I stood there 5 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged I was there. I went back out to the car and pulled off, only to get to the stop light and pulled things out of the bag and realized there was no chicken tenders in the bag as we had also ordered. We were on a time crunch so after sitting In the drive through for 30 min or more, we didn’t have time to go back. I tried calling 3 times since and no answer. If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would!
