Messy, greasy burger with mushy bun and ripped box, cold fries. I ordered with bacon on the burger and they did not add that in. They forgot the 10 piece nuggets and Mcflurry which I had to remind them of, then recieved attitude. When I call to speak with someone, the phone keeps ringing and after trying to call again a couple times, still no answer which has happened before đ This is not the first "bad" experience here but enough for me to post a review at this point.

I go to McDonalds all the time. Today it was $2 10 piece nuggets with the app. The lady at the cash register kept putting in 1 for $2 and the other two we ordered as 2 for $6. I explained to another girl how itâs supposed to be $2 for 10 piece box. Then I changed it to 6 , 4 piece because they are ALWAYS $1.07 but apparently they are â$1.79â at this location. Then instead of explaining that we were spending $15 instead of what was suppose to be $8 with the hamburger we bought which is a difference of $7. $7!!!!! They wouldnât even adjust the price to the original $2 for 10 pieces so we were trying to get the price to what they couldnât even figure out what to do. The girl with the black hair then ROLLED HER EYES AT ME AND THEY WERE BEING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Not a good look on this location. Please consider my review as iâm not a satisfied customer at all. I would give -10 stars for the employees there.

Ordered 2 mcmuffins, no meat, said it twice, staff read it back, screen was right, receipt was right. Received 2 with ONLY meat, which i see upon getting to my job. I turn around, otherwise i have no food, wait in the line again, just to get what i ordered lukewarm. I had to spend my own time and money to correct your incomprehensible mistake and barely got a sorry from the staff. I can get my breakfast from BK or Wendy's from now on

I donât like writing reviews but this isnât the first time that Iâve ordered on DoorDash for McDonaldâs and every single time there is something missing. This time it was an Oreo McFlurry and all the sauces. Last time it was fries and a drink. How does this keep happening? They need to get their stuff together.

The manager that day 12/5/21 was very rude. We walked in and there was no one at the register so we tried to order on the Kiosk like they told us too but they didnât have the holiday box option on the Kiosk. We walked back to the register and still no one there. So the manager yelled out to us rudely that we have to wait cause they are very busy. Which is fine we waited patiently but she didnât have to yell at us and obviously the customers at the drive thru were more important than customers inside. Will never go there again. Should of got the managers name.

Iâm not one to post reviews, but this is the second time I have been told the store is closed and turned away during business hours. The store claims to be open until midnight, however the most two recent times I went (10 pm and 11 pm) I was ignored at the window until I called the store, upon which the staff told me the store was closed. I went next door to Wendyâs instead, and in that time saw at least 7 more cars be ignored and turned away at the window. If this is simply an issue of not updating hours online, then store hours should be updated. It would also be nice if someone at the drive through could have responded and let me know the store was closed instead of ignoring me for 10 minutes and me having to call to get an answer. When itâs that late at night, itâs hard to find food places that are open and some people canât eat until 10/11 pm based on work schedules. It can be frustrating when you just want to get your food and go home, only to waste time sitting at the drive through and having to find somewhere else.

The night crew is ran how it should be. Quick order with skill taking an order, simple, how it should be. Dude at the window handled my sauce request and even double checked on what sauces I wanted at 10:39pm on a Friday when most people donât care and just want to be home. I respect it because I am in the long hrs sales profession. But when I get off from work after 10pm and worked a 13 hr day I absolutely appreciate the fast service! Food was scorching hot and fresh, perfect. Thank you and commend that night crew. Tonight is 5/7/2021 for management to commend that night crew. Thank you!

Today I placed an order. The girl ended up charging me for someone else's order. They cashier blamed ME for it. The tape wasn't even legible. I told the worker and she got snotty. They came back and said 'You owe us money'. Not even an apology, more of an accusation. So, I demanded a refund. You need better customer service training. Own up to YOUR mistakes.
