I'm from out of town and stopped in to take advantage of my birthday perks. I loved the customer service and the girl at the window found a sharpie and wrote "Happy B-day ❤" on the top of my cup. Sooo sweet! I'll never forget it :)

I often get a grande decaf iced cafe mocha with a shot of toffee nut syrup in the summer. At this particular location, it was just not the best I ever had. I really didn't taste much of the toffee nut syrup at all and for $6+, I think it should be perfect.

Thought it was getting better..... Took still longer than usual in drive thru. Ordered a holiday blend three days before Christmas. Sorry we are out and they have the beans in the store. Another person ordered a hot chocolate. Got a mocha. She hates coffee! Called to complain for a credit and was told we have to walk in with a phone. We are 20 minutes away waiting for it to cool. Not good service. And I know we won't get a call back again. Just like last time. Stop using this store.

Literally the most unprofessional place I have ever been to for coffee or even a chai. I have never seen such ridiculous behavior with workers before, and the way they dress is absolutely uncalled for. I hate this place.

Asked for a pike light and sweet, and the coffee was ice cold. Staff offered to make a new one, but gave me a black coffee. Umm ok. What do I say about that?

The service at this location is pleasant but I am there to purchase a good cup of coffee. I have received anything but EVERY TIME I've visited the Franklin location. My last order, I was specific to be clear on my part, and still my menu item tasted nothing like its supposed to taste. Even after the order was repeated back to me, I could've gotten a better cup at a gas station. I have given this location opportunity after opportunity, but I hardly believe I'm the only one. I will be taking the extra 30 minutes to go to the new store on rt 15.

Honestly one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They constantly use the excuse of being “understaffed” as the reason the service is so bad. The truth of the matter is the staff is inexperienced, inattentive, rude, and childish. It’s amazing to watch the staff actively mess around while the store is Packed! I don’t know who the manager is but they need to be fired and the entire staff needs to be looked at as well because some are too far gone to be trained. I can say for sure I will not be returning to this location unless serious changes are made.
