Cafe E Dolci

Pretty outstanding little bakery/coffee shop. Excellent menu selection and the crepes are simply amazing. They are huge and delicious. They also have a pretty robust gluten free menu, although I have serious concerns about cross contamination based on what I saw (using the same cooking utensils, same gloves and same griddle to cook both normal and gluten free crepes) Overall, a pretty excellent little cafe for either lunch or a relaxing after dinner cappuccino and dessert. Just be careful if you have a real gluten allergy

I think Cafe Dolche has great crepes, omelettes and coffee. We recently went for a friends bday and got a piece of cake to celebrate. I would say stay away from the cakes in the case. They look amazing but this is the second time I was sorely disappointed. The lemon coconut cake tasted like it had been in the refrigerator too long. This is the second time I have had a unsatisfactory experience with the cake in the cases. When brought this to the attention of the waitress she told us she had no idea what tasting like it had been exposed to the refrigerator meant. No offer to replace the cake, give us a refund or anything. That is what is so disturbing.
