Subway

The absolute worst subway. Older lady doing meat and cheese around 3 o’clock today June 30, was very vocal about her “long hard day” working at this subway. Saying she needed “a minute” every 10-15 minutes, to someone such as myself working 12 hour shift in a metal shop at 120 degrees, I find it a bit insulting you need a minute before making my sandwich.. a younger Employee thinks 2 tomato slices on a foot long is okay… and spreading guacamole on half the sub before asking.. is this okay? I’m not sure if she has a learning disability or just pure lazy but how outrageous that it took me and my husband 1 hour and half to get two sandwiches….

Had 5 people working, but no rush. Ordered 3 identical sandwiches, which took nearly 20 minutes. Couldn't find ham, so had to search for it. Toasted the sandwiches one-at-a-time. Said they were out of olives, peppers, etc. As they were finishing the first two sandwiches, another person brought out all new veggies from the fridge and refilled everything by walking in front of everyone and blocking the line. Several employees had earphones in and couldn't hear each other - to the point where they complained about it. "I can't hear anything you're saying" says the girl wearing earphones. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from all of them.

Absolute worst subway, ignore the fact that 1 star is required to make a review it deserves star in the negatives I asked for steak and cheese with double meat and cheese simple right he scoops 3 then the rest of what's in the tray which was like 1/10 of a scoop I asked to make sure he heard me that's a double meat and cheese right he Lazily looks around and says yes. I know I'm not a scientist but 2+2 is 4 not 3, if there was no more steak fine say no but were out instead of trying to jip or scam me,. If possible avoid this subway like the plague, especially if your not familiar with Portioning of how what goes on what you order

Granted it was Christmas Eve and about 40 minutes to closing my order was placed at 4:23pm. I was called and told after 15 minutes that there were no meatballs for my meatball sub. Of course my kid only eats meatballs and there was no substitution for him so I asked for a refund for that one. After arriving at 4:40 my subs were not only not made but the walk-in they took in front of my order was given the last Philly steak so I just had to get my whole ordered canceled. The black lady in there was very rude telling people that they were closed 20 and 15 minutes before they even close apparently they didn't prepare properly for the early close before.

Hopefully a manager sees this but the girl (young African American) working the line a 2:00pm on today (April 3rd 2022) had the nastiest attitude and worst body language I've ever seen. My husband and I felt uncomfortable as soon as she started speaking to us. We immediately took our two children and walked right back after speaking with this girl for about 30 seconds. Because of her we will not be back.
