With hearing problem it was hard to hear/ understand window but she got the order right and no long wait. Reuban was fantastic rest was Arby's usual greatness

Went thru drive and the person waited on me was rushing me when I ordered my food I asked for it to be freshly cooked and she said we cooked it when you order and we about to close when I got home my fries wasnt hot my chicken was cold and looked like it was dropped back in warm grease and called to let them know and whoever answer the phone was rude so I won't be going back

The food was hot but there were no soft drinks available. The women behind the counter were very polite.

The store had only 1 customer, sitting at a table, when we walked in. Hubby and I both ordered the Prime Rib Cheesesteak. They really seemed to skimp on the meat. We also ordered 1 large Coke, and emphasized very little ice. They gave us a large sweet tea (very little ice) and then a large coke with a ton of ice.
The dining room, considering it was almost empty, was a mess. Several areas of the floor had a lot of crumbs ground down to powder, and multiple tables were dirty.

Hey, it's an Arby's attached to a gas station. What were you expecting, an Arby's NOT attached to a gas station??? But seriously, it was up to Arby's standards. It didn't stand out as exceptional, but it also was better than bad. On the plus side, we had initially attempted to go to the Burger King down the road, but they were trying to pretend like they were closed (at probably 7pm), so we came to this Arby's instead. So, good on ya!

Very disappointed Never had a issue with my food at this particular location but my last visit was it for me. I live about 45 minutes from them and was excited when I got home only to be disappointed that my food had HAIR and GRASS on it. I think someone dropped my food on the floor or something and gave it back to me because this stuff should have not been in my sandwich

I went to the drive thru to use my card never got my card back thank God I was already on my way to the bank to freeze my card. My card was than used later the same day after not getting it back so please be careful if you are using your card at this place at the drive thru.
