Their food has gotten worse and worse in the last year or so. The last meal I had there got thrown away mostly uneaten. Food should not be served like that.drive thru wait time after the line was over 10 minutes. I expected fresh food but that's not what I was given.

We ordered and waited 20 mins to get a chocolate dipped cone, sm shake and med blizzard. Now I can understand if they were busy but they were not and we were in the drive thru. This is why we don't go here often. They are very, very slow!!

Absolutely the WORST experience ever! My party of four wanted blizzards. The drive thru had 6 cars ahead of us. Everyone was told to pull forward. We ordered at 8:19 pm by MacKenzie, pull forward. Other cars were behind us, they came and went. At 8:36 we were the ONLY car and still waiting. My wife

Food and service is good. I wish they would put a cover over where you have to order at the drive though. If it's raining customers get soaked ordering.

Very good just got a M & M blizzard made to perfection and the two employees who served me were very nice and polite also uniforms were neat and clean looking Thanks so much

The young lady at the front counter that waited on us was wonderful she was new but awesome! The lady cooking the food in the back had ours ready really quick and was very nice! Definitely worth a trip up to Franklin to visit these two again!
