We stopped in for a milkshake and a blizzard. Both were prepared accurately and were served quickly. The server was very friendly and polite. Will gladly stop by again .

Came through because it was a Saturday night and it was hot out. Guess what people buy when it’s hot out? Ice cream. The girl in the drive-through is obviously having a tough time clocking in to a job where she is forced to work the drive-through which I am pro drive through for everyone so they can learn how the real world works. She was displaying just how unfair life was but she did give me my hot fudge sundaes and right before I pulled away she was about to give me napkins but instead said "..or not" which is whatever. I worked in fast food as a teenager and did the drive-through. It’s not fun sometimes. This girl needs a hug though but not from me. When I pulled away from the window, she no longer existed. 💯😌

Their food has gotten worse and worse in the last year or so. The last meal I had there got thrown away mostly uneaten. Food should not be served like that.drive thru wait time after the line was over 10 minutes. I expected fresh food but that's not what I was given.

We ordered and waited 20 mins to get a chocolate dipped cone, sm shake and med blizzard. Now I can understand if they were busy but they were not and we were in the drive thru. This is why we don't go here often. They are very, very slow!!

Absolutely the WORST experience ever!
My party of four wanted blizzards. The drive thru had 6 cars ahead of us. Everyone was told to pull forward. We ordered at 8:19 pm by MacKenzie, pull forward. Other cars were behind us, they came and went. At 8:36 we were the ONLY car and still waiting. My wife called the store to demand food or a refund. Emily said "sorry".
The girl who brought it out in a tray did NOT flip as required.
We were offered nothing except "sorry "

Food and service is good. I wish they would put a cover over where you have to order at the drive though. If it's raining customers get soaked ordering.

The young lady at the front counter that waited on us was wonderful she was new but awesome! The lady cooking the food in the back had ours ready really quick and was very nice! Definitely worth a trip up to Franklin to visit these two again!
