Review Zaxby's - Franklin

I travel a lot through the South and one of my consistently favorite places is Zaxbys. While I consistently get the same order (Wings and Things, traditional with nuclear sauce) the wings have a tendency to be dry and the sauce cold. However I must admit the wings here were tender and well done. It appeared here the wings were given the same attention as the tenders. Good job!

Zaxby's did not hit the spot. I bought signature chicken sandwich and it was pretty weak. It was $7 or $8 and it had practically nothing on it. There were three pickles with some ketchup, and maybe something else but it was hard to tell. The chicken was okay, but I definitely prefer the Bojangles chicken sandwich to even this premium signature sandwich from Zaxby's. The staff was friendly and polite, but that sandwich was definitely a letdown. Sorry guys it's gonna be a no for me 😭

I absolutely love this place there always fast and the food is good my only complaint is they are STINGY!!!!! AS ALLL GET OUT!!!! with the French fry seasoning and inconsistent one day there perfect next day they have none and if u ask for extra they literally put a pinch! Even if u offer to pay for it .... Its like when I ask for extra I actually want a substantial amount to add to the fries if I wanted a pinch I'd ask for that!!!!! The whole purpose I'm asking for extra !!!! Is because i like the taste and want to taste that seasoning so that's my only complaint !!!! When someone asks for EXTRA FRY SEASONING!!!! please stop acting like the fry seasoning bottle is made of 24k gold and giving literal sprinkles !!!! Other than that you guys are perfect and always on point 👊💯🎯☺️

Not a fan told them it was our first time here and asked about the sauces, I told her we will get some honey mustard and zaxbys sauce, she said ok and came back to the window to advise they charge for sauce i think that's ridiculous but whatever. checked the bag later and got ranch sauce I didn't even ask for and an opened ketchup packet in the bag that made a mess. The food is not that great and does not compare to chic filet or even Popeyes. Asked for large fries and got a small half filled container of half seasoned fries. The chicken sandwich was a little tough and small. Glad a had some extra chic filet sauce to make it a little better.

Very impolite service at drivethru window. Didnt recieve receipt even after waiting for it? Hence, wasnt able to give a survey. Good thing for them I guess. I've been growing very weary of Zaxbys in the past few years and they seem to be on a downward trend of poor service, run down stores and food that is very salty, over cooked and distasteful. I simply dont have a stomach for them any longer.

Best zaxby is in franklin ky it's very clean everyone friendly food is fresh and there tea is delicious 😋 definitely will be back thanks 😊

Never a let down here... look forward to eating here every time we visit Kentucky! I could blindly pick off the menu and I'd be happy...

Three words come to mind when I think of Zaxby's : Consistent - Fresh- Delicious . I always order the House Salad with Fried chicken . I have never been disappointed in any order ! The salad ingredients are always fresh, cold, and crisp and the chicken is always perfect ! The service is always professional and cheerful. I always enjoy going to Zaxby's !!!!

Got home and opened my food to see that there was a busted ranch packet all in the box, barely any fries and my food was cold. Never had a bad experience until today. �

I like Zaxby’s anyway, but especially the Franklin, KY store. They stand by their teachers in teacher appreciation week. Great, friendly service and food! Thanks Franklin, KY Zaxby’s!!!

Very disappointed. I ordered my chicken dipped in wimpy. When I got home and opened my order my chicken was mostly dry. �

Love eating there. Sweet tea is right in point. Love their milkshakes too.

My favorite is salads and sweet tea with extra ice. Yummy!

Great service and very nice people every time I’m in franklin kentucky

I have high expectations because I have worked at zaxbys for many years, and currently have family in management at another location. A while back, I went inside and ordered the tater chips with buffalo chicken dip. Not only did my chips come out burnt, but they gave me half of the proper amount of chips. (Mind you- I have family in management and am a former employee..I know what it SHOULD look like) I asked the cashiers about it, and they didn't know the proper amount that I was to get. I told them that it wasn't even plated correctly, and asked to speak to a manager. The manager then told me that I was wrong and was extremely rude with me. She did not offer to correct my order or to double check the handbook. My family who is in management at another location called and spoke with the manager at the Franklin location and told her how it should be made, and the manager still argued that her way was correct- even though I had seen the page in the handbook. I asked for the other half of my order and she informed me that I could pay for more chips, which I obviously was not doing, since they were wrong in the first place. I asked for a refund and was issued one. I went home and submitted a formal complaint on zaxbys website. Since I have worked at zaxbys, I know that the protocol is to call or send mail to the people who submit complaints online. Submitting complaints through corporate is a big deal at zaxbys. I never received a phone call, mail, email, text, carrier pigeon, or anything apologizing from Zaxbys. Very unprofessional of this manager, and I am highly dissatisfied with the manner that this issue was handled. This location needs a refresher course in the training manual, because they are ripping off customers and not giving them the food that people pay for.
