My sister and her husband have been telling people about this restaurant since we ate there a couple of weeks ago. The place of been there 15 years and we didn’t even know about it. It should not be kept a secret, it is that good. If you’re traveling by on 65 on the weekend or in the evening on a weekday, treat yourself and stop by and enjoy a damn good meal.

I came in at 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening and just needed some food to go. The staff was very helpful and got me the salmon dinner I requested very quickly.
The inside of the restaurant had a really nice vibe and the food was very good, my salmon was cooked perfectly.
If I happen to go to Franklin again I will be sure to drop in the Brickyard Cafe again

Food was good and service was great. My only complaint was the "bistro sauce" (mustard and ketchup) that was served with the Calamari appetizer. Just stick with classic marinara sauce.

We waited 10 minutes to get seated. And then after 45 minutes our waitress tells us she forgot to put in our order. So we left without any food. No gift certificate or anything for wasting our time.

Tom & I were traveling for 6+ hours for home in the north country and decided we would stop for the night . I looked up restaurants on google maps and found this highly rated place to eat. We loved your awesome place. The staff was wonderful from the server (a woman of which I wish I would have gotten her name) was what we like in one. Able to think about what's needed without interruption in our conversations, make me like this place even more. The bar tender made a killer Side Car cocktail, the best I've had lately. We will definitely stop again when we go south. Thank you for a delicious experience!

Enjoyed lunch at the Brickyard Cafe yesterday. Myself along with six other friends enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and great service. I had pizza along with a bowl of chicken chowder. Very tasty.

Went here tonight....it was outstanding! My husband had the filet special and I had the shrimp Mac and cheese. Both were phenomenal. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly, the shrimp meal was absolutely delicious and the shrimp had a nice crisp on them but were cooked perfectly. The service was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The peach tea and sweet tea were very tasty.... everything really, really good. Will totally return there if I come back to this area again!

Last two visits were way more disappointing than over the last few years.
Last time I asked why the dish was cooked different..the waitress apologize and said the cook didn't come in and the rest of the staff was filing in on what they thought it was supposed to be....
Think the issues are in management.

My husband ordered one of their steaks and i ordered lasagna. Both were delicious! We had never eaten here before but we will certainly return for more. The food was wonderful, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. And the tab was very reasonable.

The brunch on Sat is amazing. I had the breakfast pizza and it was very tasty. My friend had smoked salmon Benedict and she said it was fantastic. The 2 for 1 mimosas were awesome too!

Brickyard Café is a quiet lil spot with a great atmosphere, I ordered the Hawaiian Shrimp, Was concerned about the hotness and our waiter came by to check to make sure it wasn't too spicy..it wasn't it was awesome. My boyfriend had the rack of ribs and they we're the best either of us had ever tasted ! If your from Franklin or coming through Franklin you have to try it .
