Horrible phone service. Why can’t I call a Chipotle location directly?? The automated system would not connect me to the restaurant at all, and I gave up after 10 minutes of trying to get on the phone with someone. So frustrating. Are we not worthy of talking to the team members??? Worst automated system ever, impossible to reach an actual person.
Food is always good, like every Chipotle, but being completely prevented from speaking to an actual person has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Chipotle is expensive, for what you get, but they're better than Moe's in almost every way.
This location has a tendency to run out of ingredients (like steak and fajita veggies), but they are WAY better than the Milford location. They could stand to clean the tables occasionally.

Mmmm, Chipotle food has such flavor!! I love their chicken, and now they have pollo asado which is even better chicken in my opinion. And their barbacoa beef is my next favorite meat. They all taste wonderful in a burrito, a bowl, or a taco!!

Food was good, order was ready exactly when they said it would be. Workers were courteous and the place was clean. Prices are high but I knew that going into it.

I didn't think anything could be worse than taco bell. I tried it once and never returned. Same for Chipotle. One and done.

The taste is always great, but I didn’t get the portions I ordered. There are times when they do it correctly, but I’m not a fan of this Russian Roulette.

Wow, where to start...
Let's start with the attitude received from the staff and what seemed like utter confusion on what they were doing. The burrito was overflowing with guacamole. And to top it off there was a woman changing her babies dirty diaper on the table (nothing underneath the kid) in the middle of the dining area. Maybe that's where the food poisoning is coming from? What a dump, never going back to this one.

I have eaten Chipotle in over 10 different states and this is the worst Chipotle location! The rice was barely cooked. The grilled veggies didn't seem to have touched the grill. The portions way way to small and the staff always scrambling for something. When I called to informregarding the poor quality of food and service the manager had the audacity to claim the food is great. Sharing some pictures of worst quality of food I have seen at a Chipotle. Please avoid this location at all costs. This has to be shut down.
